Customized Care Plans

At North Shore PRN, we work closely with health care facilities, agencies and physicians to ensure complete, professional health care management. In addition, North Shore PRN provides a complimentary nursing assessment to all new clients and works collaboratively with the client, family and caregivers to create a customized plan of care. Our mission is to ensure that as a client’s needs change, the plan of care evolves to meet those needs every step of the way.

Short-term and Long-term Services

Services can be arranged on a short-term basis or for a longer term depending upon the needs of the client. Respite, or temporary, services can also be arranged and are invaluable for providing primary caretakers with a much needed rest from the day to day stress of caregiving.

Hourly Services

Hourly services can be arranged for as little as one hour a day to as many as 24 hours a day. Schedules are customized to meet the needs of each client.

Live-In Care

Live-in care is a cost-effective way to obtain 24-hour in-home care. Live-in services are appropriate when a client wants the security of 24-hour care and is typically able to sleep through the night. The provision for night time support does allow for the client to be up twice during the night, with assistance from the caregiver, as necessary. North Shore PRN staff can help determine if a Live-in caregiver is appropriate based on the needs of the client. Clients are provided an opportunity to interview the Live-in Caregiver(s) prior to starting services.

To support our staff and our clients, and to ensure that we provide the best care possible, North Shore PRN has administrative support on-call and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. So, any time of the day or night, we are available. . . to our staff. . . and to our clients.
